Apache Junction: Saturday, July 4–Superstition Shadows Park, 300 E. Superstition Blvd. Gates open at 6 p.m. Live music from 6:30–8:30 p.m. Fireworks at 8:30 p.m.
Celebrate Independence Day with the City of Apache Junction at our annual Fourth of July Celebration! This family-friendly event will feature live entertainment, food vendors, activities, games, and patriotic fun for all ages. This year’s celebration will also include more than 250 added event elements and enhancements to create an even more exciting and festive atmosphere for the community. Bring your friends, family, and patriotic spirit as we come together to celebrate the Fourth of July in Apache Junction.

Chandler: All American Bash, Saturday, July 4–Dr. A.J. Chandler Park, Dr. A.J. Chandler Park: Stage Plaza,178 E. Commonwealth Ave. Chandler. 7–9:30 p.m. Live music, food and more. There will be yard games for all attendees to enjoy. Get the competitive spirit revved up and play Connect 4, Checkers, and more fun games. Balloon Art and Glitter Tattoo Art: Available for the kiddos free of charge. 15-minute pyrotechnic show at 8:15 p.m.

Gilbert: Saturday, July 4–Gilbert Regional Park, 3005 E. Queen Creek Road. 5–9:30 p.m. Live music, food trucks and fireworks. Fireworks and drone show begins at 8:50 p.m. Parking lots open at 4 p.m. $15 parking fee per vehicle. Payment by debit or credit cards only.
Goodyear: Saturday, July 4–Goodyear Ballpark, 1933 S. Ballpark Way from 6–9 p.m. Live music, bounce houses, food trucks, activities and a patriotic drone show. Admission and parking are free.

Mesa: Arizona Celebration of Freedom–Saturday, July 4–Downtown Mesa, 263 N. Center Street. 6–10 p.m. Music, BMX stunt show, car show, kids’ zone, splash zone, cool zones with misting trailers and food court. Fireworks at 9:30 p.m. This event is free, but bring money for food, beverages and other purchases.
Peoria: All American Festival. Friday, July 4–Peoria Sports Complex, 16101 N. 83rd Ave. 5–9 p.m. Enjoy classic All-American activities designed for all ages, from interactive kids’ zones and festive lawn games to Americana-themed entertainment and photo ops celebrating America 250.

Scottsdale: Saturday, July 4–Westworld, 16601 N. Pima Road. 5–9 p.m. Fireworks at 9 p.m. Water balloon contest, games, cake walks, musical chairs, dancing and more. You must purchase tickets for this event.

Both parks offer great views, open space for gathering, and will have a DJ and food trucks available. Be sure to arrive early to secure your viewing spot and bring blankets or chairs. We strongly encourage everyone to stay hydrated; please bring plenty of water. Coolers will be subject to search.
Independence Day Pool Party
The Red, White and Pool Party is sure to be a splash! Surprise residents can join us from 6 – 9 p.m. for games and swimming and then stay to enjoy a poolside view of the fireworks! Tickets are $6 per person and go on sale June 8. Registration is limited to the first 400 residents. When registration opens, head to surpriseaz.gov/SurpriseRec and click ‘Aquatics.’ Registration is required!

Tempe: Saturday, July 4 from 4–11 p.m. Tempe Town Lake, 620 N. Mill Ave. Enjoy a spectacular fireworks show lighting up the sky, alongside an exciting lineup of food trucks, refreshing water slides, a lively beer garden, and countless attractions for all ages.
