Celebrate Spooky Season in the City 🎃 👻

Step into Hallows’ Eve, Downtown Phoenix’s ultimate Halloween festival. Families can kick off the evening by grabbing trick-or-treat maps and limited-edition treat tote bags, while adults set off on a frightful adventure through the city, visiting participating locations that offer a spooky-themed treat for the occasion. With yard games, festive photo ops, seasonal bites and drinks, crafts, costume contests, and a petting zoo, it’s a spooktacular experience for all!

When: Thursday, October 30, 2025 from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Where: Arizona Center @ 455 N. 3rd St. and multiple locations throughout the Downtown core.

Hallows’ Eve kicks off at 4:30 p.m. at the Arizona Center! Families are invited to start the trick-or-treat fun by picking up a Hallows’ Eve bag and a map of participating locations and pop-up booths, where candy and other Halloween treats await at every stop.
