One of the main characters is Toothless, the legendary night fury dragon that befriends Hiccup, the son of the chief of Berk. Toothless is in big trouble if the other Vikings find him, because if they do, they’ll kill him. This movie is about the difficult relationships between Hiccup, his father, and Toothless.

We couldn’t look away from the screen during the action-packed battle scenes between the Vikings and dragons, and we both liked that they did not change Toothless’s look too much from the animated version. As for the other dragons, they looked more intimidating than the animated version, which made us feel that they were powerful and intimidating beasts.

The human actors portrayed their parts well, and this wonderful story really came to life for us. One of our favorite characters is Toothless because of how courageous and adorable he is. We also like Tuffnut and Ruffnut because they remind us of ourselves.

We would recommend this movie to dragon lovers like ourselves! It is rated PG.
