TUCSON HOLIDAY ICE OPENING DAY DELAYED
The City of Tucson and Rio Nuevo announce that the opening of Tucson Holiday Ice will be delayed due to an unexpected equipment failure. Replacement parts are currently on order, and crews are working to complete repairs as quickly as possible.
The new opening date is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 29. Tickets can be purchased online now for skate sessions through Sunday, Jan. 4.
Guests who have purchased tickets for dates impacted by the delay will receive automatic refunds. No further action is required from customers.

Tickets include skate rental and can be purchased online with no additional fees. Skate sizes range from children’s size 8 to adult men’s size 15. Socks are required, and gloves are highly recommended. For safety reasons, no bags are allowed on the ice, and staff are not responsible for unattended valuables.
Opening day is Sunday, Nov. 23, with sessions at noon, 2 p.m., 4 p.m., 6 p.m., and 8 p.m. Regular weekday and weekend hours vary throughout the season. The rink will close on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Admission prices per 90-minute session are $22 for adults and $15 for children under 12. The first session each day is discounted to $12 for adults and $8 for youth. Skate assists are available for $7 (on-site rental only). Private rink rentals are available during off-hours for $750 per 90-minute session.
