Outdoor Filmmaking: Connecting with Nature through Film and Advocacy with field trips to Mt. Lemmon and the Santa Ritas.

This hands-on camp—a collaboration between the Tucson Village Farm and Fox Theatre—is for teens who want to forge a deeper connection with the outdoors through direct experience and the arts. Participants will dive into nature while developing film-making and creative communication skills, while also exploring the power of the arts to advocate for the environment. The week culminates with a showcase of campers’ short films on the Fox’s iconic screen, with other opportunities to share their work in the community!
