  of Magic” show\, presented by the Society of American Magicians Assembl
 y #136\, has been a cornerstone of Tucson’s entertainment scene since it
 s inception in 1988. The show has provided a platform for both emerging an
 d seasoned magicians to showcase their talents. Over the years\, it has be
 come a cherished annual tradition\, celebrating the art of magic and foste
 ring a vibrant community of performers and enthusiasts.\n\nAssembly #136\,
  also known as the John E. Alexander Assembly\, was established in 1977 an
 d has been instrumental in promoting magic as a performing art in Tucson. 
 The assembly hosts monthly meetings\, lectures\, and events\, nurturing lo
 cal talent and contributing to the city’s cultural fabric. The “Stars 
 of Magic” show exemplifies this mission\, featuring a diverse array of a
 cts ranging from sleight-of-hand and mentalism to grand illusions and come
 dy.\n\nIn 2025\, the show celebrated its 37th edition\, reaffirming its st
 atus as a beloved Tucson tradition. With its blend of local talent and cap
