 ngham\, and Tucson Parks and Recreation invite you to celebrate the comple
 tion of improvements at Palo Verde Park\, 425 S. Mann Ave.\, on Friday\, 
 May 29\, at 5:30 p.m. The event will take place near the new playground.
  \n\n\n\nThe project delivers comprehensive park enhancements\, including
  new and replacement LED ballfield lighting\, an upgraded irrigation syste
 m\, and a new shaded playground. Two full-size basketball courts now occ
 upy the former tennis court site\, while three new pickleball courts have 
 been installed where the basketball court previously stood. The project al
 so added 101 trees throughout the park\, along with multiple green stormw
 ater infrastructure features and 42 native desert shade trees at the Langl
 ey Parcel. Two new ramadas are scheduled for completion by the end of J
 une. \n\n
